As your nutrition coach, I will guide, support and motivate you to come closer to your „feel-good weight“. My advice starts with your personal needs. Upon your request, I will go grocery shopping with you, analyze your eating habits and put the issues across to you in an understandable way. The aim is to find the appropriate way for you to gradually and permanently get rid of your old eating patterns.

I will teach you how to successfully achieve health-oriented weight reduction,  in small steps: Feasibly and in accordance with your lifestyle, we will customize your diet and combine it with physical activity.
